What are the payment options?
We accept all forms of credit cards on our website. In-store we accept cash, credit, debit, e-transfer and gift cards.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately due to health concerns around COVID-19 we are not accepting returns at the moment. Sorry, no exceptions.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards for purchase on our website but they may only be redeemed in-store, in person.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free within Leader,
Free to surrounding areas with a minimum $50 order
There is no minimum for prescription delivery
Canada Post - 3-5 business days - $20
* Local delivery is only available within Leader, SK and surrounding communities (Prelate, Sceptre, Lancer, Cabri, Fox Valley, Burstall, Eatonia, Kindersley)
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Leader Pharmacy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Leader Pharmacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Canada
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
